In 2006 the first Charity Road Run was run from Villa Farm, Woore, Crewe in aid of The Special Care Baby Unit at Leighton Hospital in Crewe where approx 70 tractors raised £4,000.




68 tractors completed the run in 2007 starting at Marbury Hall in Cheshire and raised £1700.50 for North West Cancer Research





For 2008 we chose to donate to Whitchurch Community Hospital and 81 tractors started from Twemlows Hall near Whitchurch and raised £2,150.



In 2009 we raised £2,850 which was divided between Market Drayton First Responders who received a defibrillator and St. Mary's Church, Hales who received £1,400. This year 103 tractors were very kindly allowed to start from Burntwood Farm, Hales by Mr R.N.C. Hall.


After a break of 3 years the 2012 run will be on 8th July in aid of The Midlands Air Ambulance and St. Mary's Church, Hales. Starting at Hales Hall, Hales, Staffordshire. TF9 2PP by kind permission of Mr. R.N.C Hall., the run will be approx 30 miles long mainly on farmland, private estate and country lanes there will be a coffee break mid morning. There is a trophy for the best turned out tractor, sponsered by Andrew Peirson,  which will be judged at the end of the run where there will be a hot meal available for £6.50 per person. The tractor entry fee is £10 per tractor and entry forms can be obtained by contacting Kate on 07802660111.



Thanks to all who took part in the Challenger Tractor Pull (5th Oct '15) and helped to raise £1620 for the Midland Air Ambulance and Tern Valley Ploughing Match who raised £1500 for The Macmillan Nurses and £350 for Market Drayton Tiny Tigers Football Team, an overall total of £3470 for charity.
